to this cheeky little workout... I love training hard and exercising- it's not always easy to fit it in but this little HIIT number took up no time at all.. I did each exercise for a minute before moving on to the next with a 20 second rest/transition period in between, once I completed a round I allowed myself a 1 minute break before repeating the process 3 times!
In total the workout is less than 25 minutes and a brilliant blast to start the day! Try taking a couple @minivnutrition
mini:burn beforehand aswell to get the most out of your session.
