Most of us do not progress because we fear being uncomfortable. We look at something we don't like to do, and we automatically talk ourselves out of getting better at it, instead of being against it.
For me, it's back squats. (Shocker, I know y'all .. so just hear me out!)
I've never had great balance/posture with back squats, which is completely my fault for not working on..
I'm pushing myself out of my comfort zone and starting from the BOTTOM (aka this 165 lb squat you see as my current max this morning 🙄)
But instead of looking at it as a negative when it's time to train legs, I'm looking at it as just another mountain to climb! We all have something in life that we wish we could get better at or work towards, big or small, but we constantly let ourselves believe it is out of our reach.
LET THAT STOP TODAY! 👊🏼✋🏼
No matter what it is, you have to change your mentality to not only see yourself getting to your end goal, but also motivating yourself to not stop working until you get it!
