I recently started using a bell timer for meditation because I would only take a seat briefly after practice for a minute or so, you know, the required end of practice seat...its yoga so make it seem legit...with ya sit.. .ahem....anyways...😘😳🤣 I started to realize after starting using the bell how genuinely I suck at meditation. I'd hear the first five minute bell and feel my skin crawl I CANNTTT SITTTT DISSS LOOONG... and empty my mind? But ....ive spent so much time and energy filling it....🤣😭🤣 I'm an INTJ and we love introspection and overthinking. ....i love to sit quietly...but working my brain not emptying it.
This is probably my biggest yoga work.... probably forever, I'm up to two 5 min. bells so far....thats without squirming and opening my eyes or thinking about Principles of Austrian Economics....ect...😳😳😳 📈📈.... 10 minutes....its a start...ahh that monkey mind.
