The week before I’m due on I literally have zero inclination to practice. So I don’t. In the past I’ve tried to force it but this just left me feeling deflated and unhappy. Now during that time I move in different ways, respecting the natural ebb and flow of my bodies yearnings. #notalwaysyogaeverydamnday
