Stamping with Potatoes for the win! Once the tops were put on it really was a work of art!
1- Create potato stamps (photo #2).
I cut potatoes two different ways for different shapes, sizes, and varied grip options.
2- Offer yellow paint and stamp away. For some children, it might be easier for the paper to be on a flat surface on the ground (or table) vs having to stand up. Those potatoes get slippery with the paint and little hands grip.
3- Allow to dry.
4- Offer ways to put on green tops. We used @doadotart
bingo dabbers, paint, and watercolour gel crayons.
5- Admire your piece of art and display because it's too cute not to! 😉
Don't forget to share and tag a friend who would love to try this too!
