This was the Gnocchi Parisienne with Brussels Sprouts, Kabocha Squash, and Bread Crumbs at @bundokyeg
! The Gnocchi itself were light and pillowy with the squash and Brussels adding a nice rustic, fall flavoured touch to the dish! The bread crumbs added nice texture to this with the parmigiano really rounding this out! This would be my second favourite dish of the night behind the Sea Bream Crudo! It was a perfect fall dish!
