In order to prepare for a HUGE new program launching in January, I'm doing a mash-up calendar of programs I've already done - suppose to prime your body with muscle confusion. Anywho, the best part of doing programs you've done before?? You get to see how far you've come! 😁 Man, oh man! Tonight was cardio and let me say: WOW! I have gotten like 💯% better! That's the beauty of consistency. If you keep working it, you WILL get better! 💪👍

One of my favorite supersets on back day 🙌🏼 I love isolating each side by itself because I can feel it a lot more in my lats than doing both at the same time. - 🔹Single Arm Lat Pulldown - pull down with your elbow & really focus on pulling behind you, not in front of you 🔹Single Arm DB Row - bend over with a flat back, squeeze your lat at the top and let it stretch all the way at the bottom; try not to use momentum to swing it up! - I️ do both exercises back to back with one arm, then switch arms and do both again (that’s 1 set!). Okay this was actually amazing! I was a little sceptical about the cauliflower crust but it was really good! I even forgot a few times that it wasn't normal pizza crust! I would definitely suggests giving it a try!!! I topped mine with pesto, tomatoes, chicken, arugula, and a little mozzarella!

If you really want to feel the burn on leg day, add a #resistanceband to your normal squat routine. Fa la la la la I love the holidays! There just seems to be an air of positivity and happiness everywhere you go! I also feel like the world is just happier and inspiring.... to be better, to be happier, to be nicer! Not just now but in the future as well! December is a great time to adopt a new vision...
