Just finished an intense cardio session! I am on round three day three of this new program, each week ups the X factor making you push a little harder. Week one I felt pushed to the limit at 25 mins, today I was able to crush a 45 min round with only minor modifications! Sometimes we let our mind make decisions for what we think our bodies are capable of, but if you are able to push past that break factor you can open a realm of possibility.
The dates aren't really indicative of actual consistent progress because I wasn't as consistent as I wanted to be... but I did NOT expect to see this much of a difference. I can't imagine how amazing I would look if I stayed consistent and kept lifting heavy. This post isn't about telling you whether you should eat organic meat or not. It's your choice whether you want to eat organic meat, non organic meat, or no meat at all. I suggest doing your own research and determining which is the best choice for you. - However, the point of this post is to view organic meat vs. non organic meat purely from a caloric perspective. A bunch of people are under the belief that just because something is labeled as "organic" or "grass fed" that it also means it has less calories and as such is better for losing weight. - This is simply not true! Both of these photos are 85/15 ground beef which is on the higher calorie side compared with leaner options such as 93/7 or 90/10. These nutrition facts are for 4 ounces. If you compared this 85/15 organic beef with 93/7 "normal" beef, the organic one would be higher in fat and calories despite being more expensive and being organic. - So, overall, eat organic meat if you prefer. I don't have anything against the gym, workout classes, or group workout clases but sometimes one just doesn't have the energy 🙈 to drive to the gym super early or go after work because I just don't have the energy😕 and I rather relax after work or go out and about🙋🏻. I really just rather get it done in the morning! Get it out of the way so 1- start my day off right 2- have energy💪🏼 3- workout is DONE 3- saving time 4- i got a group of ladies supporting my journey. OH and the awesome workout programs that have been giving me more results than ever. In the past 5 weeks I've lost 6.85 inches already. Bazammmm!! 🔥🔥🔥
