Ciao ragazze 😘 come promesso e da voi richiesto ho montato un breve video di uno dei miei workout a corpo libero con il TRX. Un attrezzo che potete trovare al decatlon, su Amazon e in qualunque negozio sportivo. Molto utile e comodo per l'allenamento proprio perché è a portata di mano. Nel video vi mostro alcuni dei TANTI esercizi che si possono svolgere con il TRX. Ho cercato di coinvolgere tutti i gruppi muscolari per un allenamento completo. Whew man. I'm afraid to post this. A good friend of mine @wendybrownstevens showed me the picture on the left while we were on our trip. It came up on her Time Hop from our boating trip two years ago. I saw the picture and I was astounded. . . Is that ME? No, it can't be. But It is. Overweight and smoking a cigarette. I was sober, but had plenty of other vices. Food and tobacco. . . It's been almost a year since I've had a cigarette (although I do still use an electronic one, as much as I don't want to admit this publicly) and I've lost almost 30 pounds since then. . . I honestly did not realize how much I have changed. My body is totally different; so is my mind and my spirit, and I love how they all intertwine. . . As soon as I discovered I could make a living helping people transform their bodies, minds, and spirits, I couldn't resist. I had to take the opportunity and run with it. I can't do it alone, I need the accountability and I love the community. And I'm looking for people just like me. People who need a change and who are READY and WILLING to work hard and fight for it. . . I love yoga. Some stretching and centering was much needed after a week of boating, water sports, and eating like Kings! It was a wonderful trip, and I am ready to begin another round of Shift Shop tomorrow πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ’• . . Namaste πŸ™πŸ» and Happy Sunday.
I am not a fan of this picture. Jeremy took it. When I looked at it and said, "Oh I don't like it," he got upset. I thought it was because he thought I thought he wasn't a good photographer (aren't I a great mind reader?) . . After some discussion, I found out he was upset because he doesn't think I should portray perfection. He doesn't want me to post manipulated photos. He wants me to be real, bad angles and all. . . I love him for that. And here's the truth: . . I haven't been eating well on this vacation. I've had s'mores and candy bars and cheese and sour cream. I haven't been perfect. . . I've also had a superfoods shake every day, vegetables and fruits every day, and lots of water. I've worked out every day. And yet I can still look at this picture and because of the "bad food," I see imperfection. I see that I'm "too wide," and it's a "bad angle." . . I am working on becoming a woman who can see herself in any picture, at any size, after eating any food, and still say "I am beautiful, and I am enough." I'm not there yet, but I'm working on it.
We really ought to be havin some fun during our workouts! This is my friend Billy, @jeremyinlow was next to us too, probably making us laugh πŸ˜‚πŸ’•
Yesterday, I sought, I sweat my ass off, and I soared. . . The journey as a coach and leader is becoming even more real as I continue to grow and invest in myself. . . I am now a trained Core De Force LIVE instructor!! Taught by the best: @joelfreemanfitness and @jerichomcmatthews. Can't wait to see what else this journey as in store!
The results are in! Twenty one days (that's right, only 3 weeks!!) of focused nutrition + intense agility and strength training workouts and THIS is the outcome. . . 4 pounds lost, no idea how many inches because I think my husband hid the measurement tape, but all of my pants are looser. And just LOOK! . . I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I have learned more about myself and what I am capable of in these last three weeks than I have in a very long time. . . Some pounds and inches were lost, but more importantly confidence, self esteem, empowerment and ENERGY were gained. I think that was the biggest non-scale victory for me: energy. Agh! I just love this stuff so much you guys. . . I am ready for the next round! We were SO excited to get our workout in at 8:30pm... . . NOT. . . But we got it done βœ…. It was seriously the hardest workout I've had in a long time. It was 45 minutes long, and in 10 minutes I was ready to quit. . . It could have been the time of day. It could have been my attitude. It could have been a lot of things. All I know is that we did it!! . . 19/21

You might not be able to see it very clearly, but my team and I had our first Zoom call last night! I sat on my balcony, drinking La Croix in the sunshine, and I was "at work." . . It was SO fun. We talked about our "whys", our hopes and dreams, our challenges. I cannot tell you how wonderful it was to hear about what is driving them to be a part of this business, to be in this tribe we are forming. . . I truly felt like a leader. THIS STUFF is REAL Folks! We are learning from each other and growing and developing into the best versions of ourselves. It's friggin awesome. . . ****We also planned a super exciting LIVE event! "Whether you think you can or you can't, you are right." . . The words "I can't" actually came out of my mouth during this workout. I've worked so hard to retrain my brain to not say those words, and today they crept back in. . . Jeremy said, "You can do it, I believe in you." And low and behold - I did it! That's all I needed. . . 18/21
