Try this barbell complex out for your next upper body warm-up - or as part of your workout 👍🏼:
1️⃣Bent over barbell rows #️⃣
x8-10 (keep shoulders locked down and your back straight. Make sure your elbows are close to your sides as you row back and up, into your lower stomach). .
2️⃣Go right into a hang clean up to your chest and then #️⃣
do 10-12 overhead presses. ⚠️(Keep your elbows in line with your wrists and your shoulders down/core engaged)
3️⃣Then 10 upright rows ⚠️(keep your grip neutral and focus on leading with the elbows so you feel it in the shouldaZzz) .
4️⃣straight-leg deadlifts. #️⃣10-15
⚠️ (keep ya chest forward and hinge from the hips with a straight back- straighten up without shrugging your shoulders and squeeze dem glutes at the top). .
