Get FIRED UPP for a Thankgiving Tempo Circuit! I love using tempo in workouts because it ups the burn factor.🔥 Here’s a quick workout you can do over the next few days to help even out those extra stuffing calories. 😉All you need is your mojo 💪, a pair of dumbbells and a⏱. ••• 1) Jumping Jack Burpees - 45 seconds, followed by a 15 second rest. 2) Overhead Press - 45 seconds (take 4 counts to lower the weight and 1 count to lift it), followed by a 15 second rest. 3) Push ups - 45 seconds (take 4 counts to lower the weight and 1 count to lift it), followed by a 15 second rest. 4) Glute Bridges - 45 seconds (take 4 counts to lower the weight and 1 count to lift it), followed by a 15 second rest. 5) Split Squat Left Leg - 45 seconds (take 4 counts to lower the weight and 1 count to lift it), followed by a 15 second rest. 6) Split Squat Right Leg - 45 seconds (take 4 counts to lower the weight and 1 count to lift it), followed by a 15 second rest. Kids went to play with the 🐾dog, grownups were 😴resting and I found some open space for a workout. Nothing feels better after a long car ride than moving your body, but @shaunt put like a million burpees in that workout! 😩 So glad that one is over! My mom has already baked all the desserts 🍪🍰🥧 and my brother pulled together his famous trail mix🍫🥜. But I will wait to have some tomorrow. I know myself: if I start I won’t stop. So I decided to enjoy some treats, but only when it’s served. I am in control. If I can do all those burpees I can do this too! And so can you! It’s all about balance. Enjoy your family.
