I took a short break from exercising (about 3 or 4 days). Wanted to take today off as well but I decided to test myself. I did a kind of a timed circuit where my aim was to beat 15 minutes. The circuit consisted of 20 pronanted grip pullups, 10 natural grip pull ups, 40 dips, and 20 16kg dumbbell deadlifts to shoulder presses. The last bit finished me off good, in the picture I took I am struggling to catch my breath. Almost beat my goal, my pullups are the weaklink here.
