Let’s face it - the holiday season is “the most wonderful time of the year” but it is also stressful, exhausting and taxing on your body! All of which can wear on the immune system and cause illness.
As the holiday season is upon us in full swing, enjoy “wonderful” times with friends and family, but also make sure to take care of yourself and your loved ones.
Take a little extra time to eat healthy, exercise - even if it just some brisk walks, get some rest, drink lots of water and...wash your hands - a lot! :) And...treat yourself and enjoy nature. Sometimes a sunrise or a sunset, a snowfall or even a rainstorm can alleviate stress and help us all remember and appreciate the beauty of the season.
