Sunday: the day of the week where I like to zoom with Claude but today's 30 mph winds didn't really appeal to me 🚴🏻‍♀️ Zooming on Claude = leg #workout therefore I chose to do a #600repchallenge that focused on leg moves (from #bbg3 me thinks) at home instead 😇 I set my weights to high and got it done 💥 I've realised I do really enjoy burpees BUT they have to be fun 👌 Standard burpees are boring so I like to add stuff to them (like 180 degree jumps/ broad jumps to each move) to keep me entertained 🙋🏻I also LOVE my approach to these rep challenges: screw the clock ❌ Focus on form and have fun.... take a dance break 💃🏻... split the 10 burpees into 2 lots of 5.... stare out of the window... just HAVE FUN! Oh and my new challenge is to use my barbell for all my lunges this week 😶Why? Today I hit a milestone! I'm 10 pounds down since the beginning of my journey. I started at 182.something Sorry about the social media break. Just felt a tad burnt out and obsessed so I took a step back and started working on incorporating card making back into my life. So now it's cook, gym, eat, make a card QUICKLY, date, work, repeat . . . Certainly not in that order, but it's all bringing me happiness and closer to my goal of losing 30 pounds by/before January!
