Here's a 20-30 minute #LEGDAY #Shredding
SlingShot workout for your Monday (or whatever day you choose) that will ELIMINATE excuses ("I don't have time") and FAST-TRACK the #Gains
1️⃣ 10 - Sumo DB deadlift (using the @mbslingshot
for added glute activation -- that is the theme of this whole workout)
2️⃣30- Cable Pull throughs
3️⃣10 - Hip Thrust Iso-n-go (shoulders elevated) - perform 1 normal rep then rapidly perform another rep and hold for 4 seconds at the top. That's 1 rep... keep this sequence until you complete 10 total "Iso-n-go's"
4️⃣40 - Speed Band rows (I used the @sklz
band with a wide stance hip hinge and shortened the band for added reflexivity)
Complete AMRAP (as many rounds as possible) of these 4️⃣ moves in **20 minutes if you're really pressed for time/a beginner and/or "under the weather (a.k.a. Hungover), or 30 minutes if you consider yourself a badass and want to get after it in a short period of time! #fitgrahammitchell
