Well it is Tasty Tuesday! You can use this recipe on any fish or chicken. Parmesan Baked Fish 4 4- ounce skinless salmon or other firm fish 3/4 to 1 inch thick Nonstick spray coating 1/4 cup lite mayonnaise 2 Tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese ( Do Not use the powdered kind. Buy the one that looks like grated cheese. You can buy it in bags like other cheese) 1 Tablespoon fresh chives or green onions 1 teaspoon white wine Worchestershire sauce, just a splash or to taste ( I use 1 teaspoon) Thaw fish and pat dry. Spray your baking dish and set aside. In small bowl mix all the ingredients. Spread the mayo mixture on top of the fish. Bake uncovered at 450 for 12-15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily. Makes 4 servings. Nutritional Facts: 169 calories, 10 grams fat, 18 grams protein, 1 grams carbohydrate 1 piece is about 1 red container but measure to be sure not to short yourself. 2 spoons.
