Just when you thought I had traveled enough 🙃 Monday morning I'll be headed off to Texas for a week long of intensity with my Camp Gladiator Trainer fam! Not gunna lie... I'm not mentally prepared for all the working out I'm about to do... 😅 on another note I'm SO PUMPED to be improving my skills as a personal trainer so that I can bring that knowledge back to YOU🙌🎉👊💥p.s. Post yesterday squats I did some didlifts (last set 3x5 @8 with 495 lbs). Fatigue levels are at an all time high now with just 2 weeks left til testing maxes. I lowkey just wanna go to the gym, do my topsets, and bounce. Gotta keep pushin through 😏
