For those of you who feel like you just can't find the time, maybe your goals feel too far out of reach; This picture is a 6 month transformation.
There are no shortcuts, this is the result of consistent and dedicated effort. You don't need to starve yourself and you do not need to live at the gym. I workout 4-5 days a week, I eat healthy Monday through Friday, and I let my hair down on the weekends. Life is short, I lost my youngest sister to childhood cancer and even though it's been 8 years I still have to remind myself of this. Take care of yourself so you can take care of others. Work hard so you can play hard. If I can do it, so can you!🔥
