Another successful week with prepped meals. Since I've been meal prepping the last 2 weeks I have gotten so much time back during the week!
Do you ever feel like you spend more time thinking about what to make and then making it than actually eating??? When I can just pull it out of the fridge, already portioned out, and eat it cold (salads 🥗) or heat up like tonight's dinner - I have more time to do other things!! (Dinner tonight was herb 🌿 seasoned riced cauliflower 🍚with rotisserie chicken, grilled veggies, and avocado 🥑!)
