Guten Morgen ihr Lieben! Tut mir leid, dass ich zur Zeit nicht so viel poste. Allerdings bin ich gerade wirklich ziemlich beschäftigt damit, das Haus meiner Mutter leer zu räumen, hier in Schleswig-Holstein alle Segel zu streichen und nebenbei noch mein Trainingsprogramm durchzuziehen. Ist leider gar nicht so einfach, so alleine alles unter einen Hut zu bekommen. Bin zur Zeit wirklich jeden Tag 18-19h auf den Beinen und nur in action um alles zu regeln. Aber step by step 💪🏽 2 Videos hab ich auch noch für euch in der Pipeline. Ich versuche auf jeden Fall, die in den nächsten Tagen noch fertig zu schneiden. Okay so I want to talk about something that I myself have been going through lately, something extremely common. I guarantee we have all felt this like before... The last few weeks I have been caught in an awful rut. I have been eating all the wrong foods (food that don't agree with me) over eating on foods that I haven't counted into my day, and indulging excessively on absolutely anything and everything I can find in my cardboard. Have I put on weight? Yes absolutely.. Do I feel horrible YES ABSOLUTELY. Im disappointed in myself and have every excuse under the sun. I'm basically working four jobs at the moment so Iv been using that classic excuse 'I'm to busy, And/or 'I don't have time' I'm super stressed trying to juggle life, I have been SO focused on work that yeah I have let myself go a little. I'm extremely tired and the excuse 'I'm craving sugar' or the other voice inside my head that says 'you train so hard you deserve this' oh and let's not forget my favourite which I have lost count of how many times I have said 'I'll start back tomorrow'. I eat excessive amounts of calories from foods then all I feel is GUILT, SHAME and DISAPPOINTMENT. I feel horrible after these foods, I'm bloated, sluggish and I get so upset with myself. I feel so guilty and feel as though as if I have undone all my work, reality is yes I have and you know what. I have no one else to blame but myself!! This is my lifestyle, no one is making me do it, so there is only me to blame. Although it's difficult, Im sharing this with you to prove that we all go through these struggles and Believe it or not I am a person as well, yes These are my battles to, I'm uncomfortable in all my clothes, my mind is telling me awful things and I don't even want to go to the gym because I'm so disappointed in myself for doing this to my body. This isn't something I'm proud of, NOR is it the end of the world!!! Because today I really did start back fresh and I'm being completely accountable for myself and my actions. THE BIGGEST THING is that I am holding myself accountable, I don't get upset over the fact that I'm not seeing results because lets face it, I know exactly why!

Final set of reverse hack squat. Shakey - not much left in the tank! I love this piece of kit to keep tension in the glutes through the whole range. Each rep counts, constant tension even with shakey legs and burned out glutes. 8r wide stance 8r narrow I have learned a lot about creating tension from my trainer @markcolesm10 and manipulating joint angles for maximal glute recruitment. I have been lifting weights since I was 13 (now 33) and I still have a trainer and I am still learning new things. If you want to keep making changes to your physique - you need a trainer. GO HEAVY ALL YEAR ROUND!! Still training heavy on the big compound lifts at the start of each training session just because your cutting doesnt mean you should be training light with high volume, what helped you build that muscle in the first place will also help you maintain it during your cutting phase. For me its a secondary goal this year to not see my strength drop this year like it did last year. Last meal of my cheat weekends ☺️ I think I had enough to drink and I'm quite tired with 3 days filled with carbs. Current Shape 🙄 So is this my best shape? No not even close however I've just had 4 pretty heavy weekends of 🍻🍷🍟🥘🌯🍔 I've pulled back this week in terms of calories (mainly carbs & fat) but honestly have been fatigued as hell so only trained 3 times (usually 5). One of the first times I've listened to my body this way and it's paid off in terms of daily energy levels instead of being zapped all week 🙌 So does basically binge eating and drinking set you back? Yes think everyone knows that. Can you correct this if you know how with a little manipulation of your diet? Also yes ✅ The whole thing is push & pull and the more time you spend understanding your own body the easier all this will all become. It's a skill just like anything else expect guess what!? You'll be eating till the day you die so it's worth making that investment in yourself to learn some of the basics of nutrition 🍴 The amount of people who think I wouldn't even so much look at pizza 🍕 or have a drink 🍹 is madness. Anyone who's close to me knows that's far from the truth. Balance is the key 🔑 however you've got to understand how to balance things first. 'Its all about balance' is just a broad statement that means nothing unless you actually know how to balance things.
