(Sorry this will be long) When I first started my journey I saw someone post this saying and I challenged myself to workout three weeks straight and I worked out every day for a year. That’s how I lost my first 130lbs. After I lost weight and glow’d up and became more attractive I gained a bunch of friends and started socializing and drinking more (funny how that works right?👀🙃) but I started noticing my friends were already skinny and my big ass while I lost a shit ton of weight, I still got MOOBS! 😩😅😆😭 they shopping at Forever 21 & H&m & all the urban “cheap” “wear-it-once-for-$7.99-then-when-you-wash-it-it-will-come-apart-in-the-washer” fashions that I desire to wear 🤣😂... However, with me regaining focus on my goals and tapping back into my motivation & determination I believe that it does take time to make certain things a habit. I joined a new gym and I wanted to be sure I wasn’t just going because it was a “new gym” I wanted to make sure Going was apart of my every day routine. So I challenged myself to the 21 days of working out. (Been thinking about going even longer 100 days (people do it👀) to get that Coachella 2K18 body I need to have👀🔥 but we will see lol ha.)
A continuation from my previous post. Everybody is different, so even if you are trying to eat as healthy as possible, you might not look the way I do or the way your favourite Instagram model looks. That doesn’t mean what you are doing isn’t good. It’s great! You truly are what you eat, so eating healthier will allow you to feel healthier and over time look healthier. Just please don’t try and compare yourselves to everyone who has been doing this for so much longer.
