Hi guys! The 5 day challenge was so popular that we're going for it again this week! So far, the most amount of weight lost has been 6lbs in the 5 days! For those of you who haven't heard, I am hosting a 5day challenge which will include short workouts that you can do at home and a meal plan! I have lost around 54lbs in the last 8 months and suffer from PCOS. I want to share with you what i've learnt and how i've done it!
It's a free challenge and is designed to help those of you that want to lose weight, those of you that need some motivation to get back into it and those that just don't have the time to gym because life gets in the way!
