Not the best of days but not the worst. Woke up on the wrong side of bed feeling extra stiff.
Squat 3 single of 120kg
Bench 5 singles of 77.5kg
Deadlift 3 singles of 120kg
Wanted to do at least 5 singles for each lift but had to rest more 😅. Always with 😘 @dolikedot
