Got my ass handed to me today 😰.
I hate training back and because of that it’s my weakest body part. I decided that it was a good idea to train with one of my coworkers who has been a competitive body builder for many years.
Not only did I almost puke a few times, but this was such an eye opening experience to my training. -
I don’t train hard enough. This I already recognize from time to time, but today I realized just how much harder I’m actually capable of training. -
Needless to say, I’m gonna use today as a bench mark for my training from now on and really give it all this growing season 😈
