Sooo this is my first official yoga related post; I stumbled across the #crowonshittuesdays tag a while ago and was amused, crow being one of the few balancing postures I can do- I've always been strong in my upper body, not so much in lower. Things are changing though. I have been inspired; and when someone inspires you don't lose them. Do whatever you have to do... It was never going to b easy doing six triathlons over two days, but it turns out it was harder than I had really accounted for. After two really strong races, my power numbers dropped off a cliff. Day two was all about riding the numbers to make sure I could start the next leg each time. So I ignored everyone around me and focused on what the #InfoCrank was telling me. Much more successful day. Road to insanity 🐯💪🏿 Just ended my leg workout with 4 sets of lunges until acidified.
