I only have about two days this week to workout at my favorite facility (leaving Thursday afternoon), so I figured: why not do a full upper body day today, and a lower body day tomorrow? I fine-tuned my two workouts to effectively hit as points of my body as possible, but boy oh boy; supersets certainly test you!
Charged right through 45 sets of upper-body exercises, and even did 12 sets of core towards the end. Time of the workout? 90 minutes. It's one thing to know how to write a workout and perform each exercise correctly, but knowing how to effectively time-manage a workout and stay on track can effectively make or break your routine. While I didn't do a cardio stint today, it certainly feels like I did! 😂
The bulking is going well, and I'm also making some good changes to my cooking and dietary habits. Feeling healthy, feeling strong, and feeling fit on this great Monday afternoon! Have a good rest of your day everyone!
