I just love Christmas. It’s all about food, family, and fun. I do lots of variations on my Christmas meal. At home we have the tradition turkey and Brussels sprouts. For this Christmas I was encouraged by @organicuk

recipe . . ✔️ Roasted Brussels Sprouts, Cinnamon, sweet potatoes, pomegranate, seeds, Pecans, and Cranberries –

ingredients * 500 grams Brussels sprouts, ends trimmed, yellow leaves removed
* 1 sweet potato cubed * Pink salt, black pepper, turmeric , cinnamon . * 2 tablespoons organic coconut oil
* pecan halves
* dried cranberries
* Pomegranate * 1 tsp honey * .
Preheat oven to 180 degrees . Lightly grease the foil-lined baking sheet with coconut oil.
Place Brussels sprouts and sweet potatoes in a single layer on the baking sheet, seasoning . Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning once half-way through baking, until softened.
Add the nuts and cranberry. Drizzling honey and cinnamon and roast for another 5 min.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients.
