Autumn equinox. Equal light and dark. A great day for rituals of letting go, receiving and balance. What is it you want to shed? A habit, a person, a work thing? See it as a way of inviting more energy in. Don't waste your time holding on if it doesn't feel good or right. Life is too bloody short. Today I honoured all those who've died with a candle and an offering. I imagined them all sitting round with me and seeing them smiling. I wondered what advice they'd give. What is it you think they'd say? This is what I thought 'celebrate your life, don't get bogged down in the mundane, remember to see the miracles in every day, dance, listen, play, see the little things, that's what matters'.
Recently I've been deep in process, what does that mean? It means I've listened to what my gut is telling me, who I want to hang with, where I want to be, when to be still, when to dance. It does mean each day I have to tune in to what I want and some plans go out the window. Today I was due in Avebury but I woke up needing rest so after a seaside walk with da gals and dogs, I then went and had a great time on the Dyke with @louiseatcreate
doing what we do when we put our ritual heads on, I put up my hammock and just lay there soaking up the sun. It was utter bliss. I share not to gloat (altho I am rather proud of myself for listening and stopping), but to encourage and inspire you to listen to the wisdom within. It has all the knowledge you need, all the answers. Try it and see how you get on. Love you all this sweet turning point of the year 🌟
