Thank goodness the government shutdown ended in time to allow us to hop on the ferry and get to Fort Sumter. A trip to Charleston just wouldn’t be the same without such a jaunt. #fortsumter #charlestonsc
Havana, Cuba - This is one of the reasons why I love shooting in Cuba so much ch besides the old card, and the pastel turn of the 20th century architectural style: the people. This man stood in between two columns under a covered portico where there was light coming from both sides of him. #travelphotographer #travel #travelphotography #photo #photography #cuba #IG_cuba #caribbean #vacation #leisure #streetphotography #street #photostreet #streetphoto #streetview #streetphotographers @streetleaks @wearethestreet #friendsinperson #ourstreets #streetdreamsmag #storyofthestreet #emsphotodaventures #honeyforthesoul #bestplacestogo #welltraveled #passionpassport #mytinytatlas #honeyforthesoul @bnw_planet @living_destinations #lovecuba @travelsamazing TECH STUFF: Nikon D4, 70- 200 mm 2.8, exposure mode AP, WB: Cloudy. Mountains and stuff.
mystical mountains, river so bewilderingly blue its called “the flowing jade” in Chinese - our visit of the remote villages really opened my eyes, seeing how simply and happily people lived. Maybe it’s the first time I’ve started to understand the roots of my restlessly reoccurring problems - sense of entitlement I had developed to have towards life, over valuing material possessions, going after the convenient rather than the meaningful. I now see it, starting at some point of our lives(sooner rather than later), giving will always be much, much greater than receiving.
This was the last glimpse of fall. It’s definitely winter now, but so thankful I was able to spend some time in the mountains while the leaves changed ✌🏻🧡💛 Where are some other good fall locations??
