Heading to a party and don't want to go overboard on treats. Eat something healthy and filling before going.
Try this! The Grinch Smoothie... I'm having this filling smoothie before I head out to my Christmas party tonight.
1 cup coconut water (or coconut milk beverage)
1 scoop Vanilla nutritional protein powder (I use Vanilla Shakeology)
¼ large banana
1 Tbsp. matcha green tea powder
½ tsp. ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. ground nutmeg
1 dash ground cloves
1 cup ice
Place coconut water, Shakeology, banana, green tea powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
