It's a straight reminder to us on how we can move our body the way it was meant to and still be healthy fit and fine .
I meet quite a lot of people and most of them cannot even sit like this let alone function.
Bit of test : Try sitting like this and report on how long you could do it. If not , then there is a definite way !!!!!
