Perfecting my açaí bowl recipe- Today I put in frozen mango chunks to thicken the texture a little so it was more of a bowl and less of a smoothie. Freezing half of a banana is also helpful, and I use the other half on top of my bowl. I’ve been wanting to go from vegetarian to vegan for a while now, and I recently decided to remove animal byproducts (mostly dairy) from my diet as it wasn’t making me feel my best. Show Me Your Lists, or SMYL, to avoid any awkward confusion if you didn't read/pronounce the name carefully enough. . I'm inviting people to share their lists with me: whether it's a to do list, a grocery list, or a bucket list. I want to see it and know why you keep it! People are always making lists, whether consciously or not. They provide a framework through which to view people and their priorities at that moment in time. Lists are ephemeral in nature; they can change from day to day, they can be short-term or long-term, and they can even be shared with others. . I'm going to post some potential interview questions. If you would like to submit your list, you can feel free to DM me, and just let me know if you would like to be mentioned by name and/or tagged, or if you prefer to stay anonymous. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. I'm hoping to put at least one quote/answer for each list. . To start off, I'm going to post one of my (many) lists. I'm a chronic list-maker, it's one of the ways that I deal with my anxiety. It helps me to put pen to paper and solidify what my plans, goals, and priorities are. My list right now is a to do list that includes homework I have to do, errands I have to run, and things I have to research. I sometimes get carried away, and end up with 5 to do lists for a single day. Bullet journaling, and having the ability to have a running to do list, has helped me narrow down my priorities in a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly manner. .
