So i have put together some footage of back squats whilst doing my SHOULDER workout!
Why you ask......... I'll tell you.
For those out there seeking size & Hypertrophy is it crucial not to miss leg day or not incorporate it into your upper body work outs for the reason of Natural Testosterone recruitment within the body during a work out! Here is an outlined view
* The body will release testosterone naturally in greater amounts when a LARGE muscle group is activated during neurological Strength Training (under 5RM) * Testosterone is a major catalyst for protein synthesis (muscle building) within the body.
* Greater testosterone production naturally = muscle growth & Hypertrophy.
Therefore, Doing Heavy Squats before a shoulder workout will directly affect my muscle growth to the shoulders via more testosterone production around the body.
