can give sway to severe turbulent emotions. The practitioner gains the ability to tame the wild fluctuations of the mind and to remain grounded and focused even during the most stressful of times. The #Yogi
must build the #foundation
in order to take aim at the highest of #aspirations.
They must learn to walk before they can #fly.
Some transitions while appearing elementary on the outside provide the needed #spark
to stoke the #flames
of inner #transformation.

plane. Root down in high lunge with arms raised above head, hands in #Namaste #mudra.
Open arms wide, thumbs in fists turning 90 degrees to the side. Bend back arm and knee, gazing to the front. Pull forward toes up and toward the sky. Repeat several times to build internal #heat.🔥🔥🔥
