On this oneeee day of the year it’s become routine to be grateful. Right? Have you ever thought about practicing gratitude the rest of the year? Sure sure you say “I’m always grateful” but do you PRACTICE that? Do you even know what that means? It means going out of your way every single day to actually think about or write about specific things you’re grateful for. People that practice gratitude regularly experience more positive emotions. Like attracts like. Be grateful, and the universe will give you more to be grateful for.
