It's amazing how flat you THINK your back is during snap jumps only to record it and find that you really need to drop that booty more 🙈😂 WEEK3 of #100strong
and today I actually FELT strong (and maybe I like that you can see some semblance of back and shoulder muscle peeking through as I do these 💁🏼). People this has been over a YEAR coming!!! Please remember that lasting change takes TIME, and you may have certain areas of your body that are stubborn and don't change much in 12 weeks. But it's 12 weeks (and while that seems like a lot think of how many 12 week segments you've had in life) the point is to create habit and determination to help you move beyond 12 weeks. Week3 means you've gotten over the innate drive that pushes you any time you start something new, your workouts aren't shiny anymore, and it's more of a routine now, and commandos are hard, and your muscles are sore, and maybe you're seeing people you started with fizzle out. Right now is when you start to make things habit, right now is when you make things priority, right now is when you make the changes that have you watching a video a year from now and thinking 💭 "oh hey there baby muscles, I've been waiting for you " 💗. Keep pushing through all the ouch and all the sweat, you will be grateful you did!
