What are your go to quick lunches on the go when you’ve had no time to prep? 🐠
I’ve been trying to reduce the seafood I eat and stick to veggie sushi when I can but sometimes I cave, I won’t lie!
I am a pescatarian though so while I try to limit seafood for sustainability reasons, I do still eat it, & I figure any vegan or vegetarian meals I eat kind of work in an every little helps kind of way 🌱
FULL DISCLOSURE: there was a bit of meat on my fiancé’s pizza at the weekend and I had a couple of slices 🍕 but he’d already bought it, I’d never have chosen it, and I’d been sick with food poisoning for 20 hours so 🤷♀️ I can only apologise for the slip!
Other than that (which won’t happen again I really hope!) I’ve been making pescatarian or vegetarian swaps - like did you know, @gbkburgers
let you pick any burger (so I picked the beef blue cheese) but swap in a vegetarian patty? So you can still have your faves! ❤️🍔
That said, avoiding meat is harder than it was when I did it for a decade as I like meat now...but, you know, liking meat doesn’t really beat the 🌎 or animals I guess so I’m trying to improve. I hope I can keep this up, but either way, reducing meat consumption is important for the planet bébés 💕 No hate pleeeeease!
