You know what I do to mix things up a bit week-to-week?🤔 I LOVE to pick on piece of "equipment" and create a #hiit
workout only using that ONE thing! Sometimes I get stumped take a hot minute to think of 5-6 moves that (in my completely non professional opinion) will give me my best full-bodied workout, other times it comes quite quickly! Either way, it tests my creativity and gives me a unique ownership over my workout- a special sense of pride when completed!⭐️
Last week I chose my fit ball to do the work and it was HARD! My favorite other go-to's are my bosu ball, a bench/chair, medicine ball, resistance bands, or paper plates- I mean budget sliders! 😉
