Finally back in the Gym today 😍 I just trained Glutes and Abs today 🍑💪 After beeing sick for more than a week, I prefer to train lighter and a bit shorter than usually. I'm still not feeling 100% again, so I have to listen to my body and stop when it gets too hard. Kfa jetzt bei 15,2 %. Jenny hat ihre Muskelmasse gehalten und 100 Gramm Fett verloren. Back in my happy place 😊 For the past month I was trying out new programs and tried online coaching for the first time. I met so many amazing women and learned so much about myself, but I was struggling a lot. I am SO GLAD I tried coaching, but I realized it's not the right time for me to start that journey. Sometimes you need to take a good look at your life and figure out what is doing you good, and what isn't. I hope I can try again in the future, but right now I need to focus on myself and improving ME 💃 SO I started a new workout split today. I'm really going to be focusing on legs/glutes now, so I'm going to be trying a glute guide by @bretcontreras1 #thegluteguy 🍑 Today was glutes and quads 🙌 ▶Hip mobility and glute activation ▶Squats 3 sets x 6-8 reps ▶Leg press 3 sets x 12 reps ▶Walking lunges 3 sets x 10 reps ▶Glute bridges 3 sets x 12 reps ▶Leg extension 3 sets x 12 reps ▶Abductor SS adductor 3 sets x 15 reps each ▶Crunches SS side crunches 2 sets x 20 reps ▶Hanging knee tucks 2 sets x 10 reps Have a great day friends 🌻

What you NEED to do is start paying attention to how you feel during training. Feel the endorphins, push yourself/make ugly faces, smile when you hit that new PB, and dance if you need to get yourself hyped for the last set. A man spends his whole life trying to prove his worth to others. A woman spends her whole life trying to prove her worth to herself. Nach dem letzten Wettkampf ist es mir sowohl körperlich als auch mental schwer gefallen wieder ins #Training reinzufinden- was irgendwie normal ist (oder liegt es eventuell an den 12-15 Wiederholungen im Plan?😂 #nocardiocrew 😎) Mir fällt auf, dass es mir momentan besonders schwer fällt mich ‚durchzubeißen‘. Heute habe ich nach 8 Wiederholungen #Frontsquats die Stange einfach abgelegt,drei Mal tief durchgeatmet und dann die letzten 4 absolviert. Es lag nicht am Gewicht... ich hatte einfach null Bock. Früher hätte ich mich deshalb wie ein Loser gefühlt. Aber ich denke es ist ok nicht immer in Topform zu sein, nicht immer zu funktionieren ...und auch mal Schwäche zuzulassen kann einen bestärken. Ich fühle mich jetzt auf jedenfall besser, weil ich in diesem Training heute wirklich gemacht habe was ich wollte. Das geht im #Leistungssport natürlich nicht immer wenn man Erfolg haben will. Aber ich weiß auch wie weit ich bisher gekommen bin und schmeiße wegen einer mittelmäßigen Trainingseinheit nicht direkt mehrere Jahre harte Arbeit weg. Ich weiß wer ich bin, was ich kann und was mir meine Zeit wert ist.
