This shirt sums it up for today. My life is crazy,busy, stressful but working out is my way to balance it all. It relaxes me, gives me energy, calms my nerves and when I'm on overload there is nothing better then hitting the pavement and clearing my head. Today was definitely a run for mental clarity. Last workout of my 20s! The last 10 years have been the best yet and I am so proud at how far I have come. I feel better now, as I enter my 30s than I did in my earlier 20s. I am happier and healthier now and I look forward to what the next 10 years bring. 🤗💪today I did a 50 minute total lower body workout. Stop, take a second and notice your surroundings. See the beauty in the mundane. Often we are on auto pilot. We juggle school, work, social life, family time, sleep etc. This constant struggle for balance is SO real. What helps ground me back to myself- 1. Saying no. Sometimes you need to choose yourself over going out to the bar. 2. Take time to be still. Silence your thoughts and surroundings and just be. 3. Go outside. This time of year feels so awakening with the crisp fall air! 💥🙃 that's what I do! Figure out what works for you 🙋🏼

One of the easiest ways for me to get my kids to get a variety of whole fruits and their greens for the day is in smoothies. This one is mango, strawberry, blueberry, orange, raspberry, mango, banana, spinach and almond milk.
