FRUIT - HOW MUCH IS TOO MUCH
🍇🍊🍉🍈🍋🍌🍍🍎🍏🍐🍒🍓🥝 🍇Fruit is a food group i get asked a lot about. 🍊Different colour fruits contain different micronutrients as well as digestive enzymes to help our digestion! 🍉 Fruit is also a great source of fibre to help you feel full and help incease digestion 🍈BUT 🍋 Fruit also contains sugars known as fructose 🍌 Some fruits can give you the same amount of sugar as a chocate bar! 🍍 So is it really that healthy? 🍎 Well...... 🍏 If you are having a fruit smoothie with 3-4 different fruits, or you are having a big serveof yoghurt with fruit in for breakfast..... 🍐Then chances are you may be consuming a bit too much! 🍒 Portion control and variety is paramount for weightloss! I recommend no more than 2 serves per day! 🍓 Citrus and berries are the best, lower fructose fruits to choose from! 🥝 What's your favourite fruit??
