Hi everyone! As the holidays approach and the year comes to an end there is still time to set some goals to accomplish before it’s all over! With a little under 12 weeks left in 2017 I have decided to set some goals for me to work on leading into the New Year!🎉
1. To compete in my first powerlifting meet and try to place!
2. To stay on track through the holidays and not gain any unwanted body fat.
3. To enjoy time with my family and friends in this wonderful time of year guilt free!😊
