Habe aber erst so nach 3 Übungen gemerkt, dass es eventuell an der geringen Flüssigkeitszufuhr gelegen haben könnte. 🤦‍♀️ also Wasser nachkippen und durchziehen 💪 und am Ende war ich sehr froh, dass ich nicht abgebrochen hab 💃🏼 Aber das passiert mir definitiv nicht mehr so schnell☝️ Denkt dran, immer genug zu trinken! Zu anstrengend. . Oft bin ich in letzter Zeit ins Gym gegangen und hab einfach gemacht. Bin durch die Bewegungen gegangen. Ohne Bewusstsein. Ohne zu lernen. Ohne zu üben. __________ Aber jetzt wieder bewusst: Vor dem Anheben tief in den Bauch einatmen und die Rumpfmuskulatur fest machen. Mit den Achselhöhlen Orangen zerquetschen und Rücken, sowie Schultern anspannen. Dann erst das Gewicht hochdrücken. Denn Übung macht den Meister. How to create muscle symmetry. . If you have one arm or leg which is bigger or smaller than the other and you want to make it 'match', this is how you do it. . Single-limb exercises. . Anything where you have to independently work one side of your body. . This can include exercises such as single-arm presses, DB one arm rows and lunges. . Lunges are often neglected from training programs, due to their difficulty. . The biggest contributor that people struggle to cope with is the *balance* part of the exercise. . Here's the thing, though. . It isn't balance. Well, it 'kind of' is. . You are in a split-stance, so I guess you have to balance to stay upright. . But really it comes down to *stability*. . This is the strength which you possess (or don't) in a joint. . When lunging, the biggest joints that require stability are the foot/ankle and your hips. . So if you can do lunges no problem on one side and not the other, it's likely that you need to strengthen those areas. . This helps build muscle mass on each leg and rectify some muscular imbalances or weaknesses at joints. . TIP: Do your weaker side first so that it doesn't get fatigued helping the strong side. .
