Tbh my build is more of endurance runner/high jumper who get complimented all kiiiinds of time. to go for cross-fit & calenstintics over bodybuilding pursuits.

A:Sometimes if we steer too much on easy difficulty option can either run into a plateau or get bored af.
Us iron/fitness addicts go thru stress on the body and pain every other day/week/month and we don't want no pain, stress humiliation of a non flawless, effortless Vids and pictures posted.
