Challenge your body & push yourself to the max! This is a hi-intensity workout that takes you through cardio drills, athletic conditioning & explosive moves without using any equipment.
You just use your body!
This is the latest Insanity Live Round.
Insanity consists of 4 Blocks
Each block consists of 4 exercises
30 seconds per exercise.
Repeated 3 times.
3rd time, there is no rest followed by a 60 second power move.
MODIFICATIONS are also demonstrated!!!!!!
Here is what the workout consists of:
Block 1: Plyometrics & Speed
Block 2: Strength & Stability
Block 3: Agility & Coordination
Block 4: Abs & Core
DIG DEEPER : 3 exercises, done for 60 seconds each.
