Comment réaliser un bon SWING ? ☝🏼 Que ce soit dans mes cours collectifs, dans mes coachings ou bien même dans mes séances j’aime intégré des Swing, hélas celui-ci est souvent incompris. Voici comment effectué un Swing (et non un squat) : Les hanches vont de bas en haut, les genoux en avant, la poitrine reste droite. Ca ressemble à un super squat mais c’est inefficace pour un swing. Cette position met tout le poids sur les quadriceps et le bas du dos, et non pas sur les hanches, les ischio-jambiers, les fessiers. ❌ La ligne rouge montre l’angle du tibia pendant la phase de prise du swing. Ligne angulaire = squat ❌ Les hanches font un mouvement d’avant en arrière, genoux pliés mais qui restent au-dessus des talons, la poitrine ouverte, face au sol. Cette position oblige la chaine postérieure à prendre la majorité de la charge, ce qui permet une plus grande efficacité du mouvement. ✅ La ligne verte montre l’angle du tibia pendant la phase de prise du swing. Just a boy and his toilet. Hit upper back pretty well today. 555lbs x 10 rack pulls. 365lbs x 2 x 8 power shrugs. Pull ups 10 x 10. Weight finally stopped dropping every single day, thankfully. Thought I was gonna shrivel up into nothing. Sitting at 172lbs, gonna try to hold there and continue the recomp.

Even though this week is my deload week, it's still relatively light but heavy enough that I slowly wanted to throw on some knee sleeves and belt X It is so effing Awesome to slowly be back! Do you ever just stare at a picture of yourself until you've pointed out every single one of your flaws and you really hate that picture.... I did that with this picture. Obviously not on purpose, but it's been one of those days already. I woke up motivated, but then I saw the brownies I made last night and ate them for breakfast..... so now that's all I kept thinking about while working out. I keep thinking about vacation, and how I keep slacking. That makes me support anxious. And it's not a fun downward spiral from there. I have to remind myself though it's not entirely my fault that I can't do 100% at the gym because of a slight back problem. However, I keep slipping up with food. I've got no excuse for that except that I've simply lost motivation. It simply sucks. Ok. Great exercise to end a chest workout. The extra time under tension really helps to drive blood into the muscle for a great finisher pump. I constantly see guys wasting their time doing sets of 20-30 reps as fast as they can when they can achieve more results with less reps by slowing down and focusing on contracting the target muscle. Жим гантелей лёжа под углом вверх 💪 Периодически выполняйте это упражнение, если хотите иметь мощную грудь и плечи 🏋‍♀️ Основные фишки 📌 1. Оптимальный угол для работы верхней части грудных мышц – 30–40 градусов. Ставить 20 градусов – смысла нет. А 50 и больше – уже больше будут работать плечи. 2. Если хотите максимально растянуть грудь, гантели внизу полностью разворачивайте в стороны, чтобы они были параллельны друг другу и находились на одной линии. Такой вариант сильнее грузит связки. 3. Вверху гантели желательно сводить вместе - так грудные мышцы сильнее сократятся. 4. Паузу можно делать только вверху, но не внизу. В противном случае вы сами себе усложните упражнение. 5. My 3 deadlift attempts from saturday 260kg 280kg 300kg Turns out my last deadlift was a new 110kg bpu junior British record! Deadlifts are my least favourite of the 3 to train but were the most fun on the day and the only lift I went 3/3 aswell!
(Videos 5x160kg/352lbs, 10x140kg/308lbs) Finally, finally 2 weeks in a row without pain. I was SO tempted to do more reps or to put more weight on the bar. Everything felt just right. I've even programmed 2x5 + 1x8 @7 but it felt more like RPE @5 so I did 10 reps not just 8 on the third set which also felt like nothing. I must be carefull not to fuck myself up again, that's why I need to take it slow. After squat I did banded bench press first time in my life which also felt great, and also did some light quad extensions and back extensions. Man I'm so excited. Happy monday?
