PM: 6x140. Bien, aun no se muy bien el RPE. Pero salieron relativamente faciles. Que los 140 salgan asi significa ke se bienen tienpos mejores. 1x155. Muy buenos. Mil veces mejores que los 152.5 de la semana pasada. Siempre las mejores series salen mal enfocadas...🤦🏽‍♂️ Estoy cambiando un poco la tecnica en PM, asi que falta adaptarme y pulirla. Lo mas importante es “anclar” las caderas bien y mantener la posicion de estas, especialmente en la parte inicial. Me siento mas comodo con esta tecnica, sobretodo porque no me molesta la espalda baja al empezar el pull. Barra alta c/pausa y cintu: Ultima serie con 6x85kg. Prox semana caen ~90, y asi espero terminar el ciclo con ~100. Thankful Thursday: Today I had1 of my training partners in to hit a leg day with me. Thankful for that! Even though she talks out of her ass most of the time she really does have potential. She just lacks a little confidence. And, she was being coached by someone that lacked the ability to teach a proper squat mechanic. No big deal. Lots of people don’t know. This simply gave me an opportunity to teach. I also had someone bring me my fav monster! More on this later. - - When you squat, you don’t need to go ATG (ass to grass). Any so called “powerlifter” would know this. - - ✅So what constitutes proper depth in the squat? The hip crease is simply below the top of the knee. Also, don’t plummet when you squat. You will be relying on the stretch shorting reflex of your hamstrings and will most likely pitch forward. This is very bad when you have heavy weight. - - So what did we learn? Derek is right. And, when @echo_np listens to me, she excels. Weird?!? Thankful for being right. 😉 and she admitted it. Hard to when you do it my way an PR 🤷🏼‍♂️ - - 🎥 1 @echo_np hitting proper depth and a PR on her squat 225lbs. I’m thankful Bc she actually stop talking for a minute and listened. 🤓 #miracle - - 📷 2 @leahcritters thankfully for this human Bc she listens all the time and takes being coached really well.
