🦋I have been on a beautiful journey these past 3 months. For starters I have always struggled with my weight; I've tried dieting- eating more protein and fewer carbs and I was starving😩! I didn't feel good. I tried to do protein shakes, 3 day juice plans, shit 10 day juice plans😡! I struggled so much to the point I would feel a tad bit depressed 😞. But I start to ask myself why am I starving myself, why am I putting these shakes, and dietary pills that have these harsh chemicals in my body, just for an image!? And then I discovered ✨WFPB (Whole Foods Plant Based)✨. I started my Holistic Nutritional journey and it opened my mind and put all things that I believe to be the 'correct approach' to bed.
I eat what I want and when I want. I listen to my body, and don't put myself on a time schedule to eat.
I fill my body with veggies, 🍉 fruit, nuts, seeds, beans, whole grains etc. and because of it I've went from 178 to 164 in the past 3 months. And trust me, I've been a lot more creative with my 🥘 food! I feel lighter and stronger and I have more energy🙌🏾. And I'm not just dropping weight, I am toning my body in the process by doing yoga and HIIT training.
I'm not here to push my lifestyle on anyone, but I want to show people that being healthy is a lifestyle and not a quick diet or some health fad. .
