Oops! Forgot to snap a pic before we dove it. It just looked so good! Tried a healthier, crustless of pumpkin pie this year. Here’s what I did: - 2 eggs
- 1/2 c almond milk.
- 3/4 c @big_tree_farms
- 15oz @pacificfoods
pumpkin purée. - 1 tsp pumpkin spice.
- 1 tsp vanilla.
- Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 375 degrees. - Chill in fridge 6-8 hours to solidify
