I have watched people work out & not change their nutrition. .....their body never changed. However, I've watched people change their nutrition & NOT workout.....andddddd you could see a difference within a short time. Exercise is important, but nutrition is 80% of weight loss and/or wellness. You can't out exercise a bad diet. Where are you in your health & wellness?
