Let the training for Pendleton begin...this will me a very different training cycle for me, but I'm going to trust the process. It feels like a good one @rmaresc67 @oc_strength_club.
Very light weight means focus on all flaws to improve upon: body placement, hand placement, foot placement, drive, arch, bar movement, etc. The list goes on...moreso because my stance is different yet again. This stance has felt good the past few weeks, so I'm sticking with it for this training cycle.
Side note: I'm happy to say last week's fall hasn't affected my training. I have all my skin, just got a few bruises (thank you gear!)
