Squats a bench from earlier in the week... squat 4x2 112.5kg and bench 5x2 75kg. The only set I caught of bench and rep 2 was slow and annoying, lost tension and bar path was way out. But squats felt good!
I thought it was pretty average at the time, but looking back, not a bad bench session at @nzpowerliftingacademy last Friday night. Thanks for having me team, cheers for filming @barbraauvaa93 and for letting me borrow your slingshot @sam_reinanas 😄
