1️⃣ Lying clams x 50 secs per side with 10 sec hold on last rep.
2️⃣ Lateral walking x 60 secs.
3️⃣ Monster walks x 60 secs
4️⃣ Bridges x 50 secs with 10 second pause at last rep.
⏩ Perform 5 circuits for an unbelievable booty workout!
Perform 1 circuit if just trying to fire up your glutes and hips to warm up for a lower body session!
The band I use is the Hip Circle by Mark Bell. It's MUCH more than a little warm up tool. It has extremely strong resistance, and all of my clients performances have improved in other areas from having super strong glutes and hips.
