🆒The Cossack squat fits the bill perfectly for strength and mobility. This can be done without load also. But loading it will help keep your head on the ground, and build strength.•
⛸The skater hop is ideal for lateral dynamism.
I like using the band resisted version as it lowers the impact of the exercise, without diminishing the power component.
