Viel hilft viel. Leider agieren immer noch zu viele Leute nach dem Motto, dass viel Gewicht auch viel bringt. Das ist jedoch ein Trugschluss, denn viel Gewicht bringt nur viel, wenn es auch wirklich aus der Muskulatur bewegt wird, die trainiert werden möchte und nicht mit anderen Muskeln und Schwung nachgeholfen werden muss, um das Gewicht überhaupt bewältigen zu können. ⚊ #baktogym
