Prepping for months on end has a way of messing with your head... 🙃🙃 obviously.
This is why it is so important to lay out your plan, accomplish your goals, and have a solid off season.
Taking time for you to build your intake and metabolism is so beyond important for your health, but more importantly - your mental health and your sanity.
Slowly but surely I'm learning to love my off season, healthy body. ❤️ and definitely love eating and lifting all the things. 💪🏼
